The project narrative included in the PDF identifies **Energence Utah, LLC** and **Nine Mile Data, LLC** together on the title page. ### Energence Utah, LLC The data-center narrative says **Energence Utah, LLC plans to develop a large-scale data center complex** approximately six miles southwest of Myton. It describes about 475 acres of data-center use within a larger land area, a facility life of at least 50 years, and adjacent solar and natural-gas generation facilities developed by Energence Utah. The same narrative says Elio Energy plans to begin construction in 2027 with a goal of operation before 2030 and that Elio Energy intends the development to be used by large data companies. This means the site should distinguish **Energence Utah** as the entity named in county project narratives from **Elio Energy Group** as the broader energy-development name appearing in plan sheets and outside company materials. ### Wells Draw Energy LLC The solar findings report is titled for the **Wells Draw Energy LLC Solar Power Plant Conditional Use Permit** and says Jones & DeMille Engineering submitted the application on behalf of Energence Utah, LLC. The project narrative identifies **Energence Utah, LLC** and **Wells Draw Energy, LLC** and describes a 333 MW solar plant that would supply power to the adjacent data center. The natural-gas findings report is titled for the **Wells Draw Energy LLC Natural Gas Power Plant Conditional Use Permit** and likewise says Jones & DeMille Engineering submitted the application on behalf of Energence Utah, LLC. ### reWater LLC The public appeal notice lists **reWater LLC** as the entity whose conditional-use approval for a produced-water recycling facility was appealed. The reWater findings report identifies reWater, LLC as the applicant for a produced-water disposal facility conditional-use permit on four parcels totaling 200 acres. ### Elio Energy Group LLC Florida Sunbiz lists **ELIO ENERGY GROUP LLC** as an active Florida limited liability company, document number L22000102507, filed March 11, 2022. The 2026 annual report was filed March 11, 2026. Sunbiz lists Daven Mehta and Phillip Herman as managers, a principal address in Boca Raton, Florida, and a mailing address in Edison, New Jersey. Redelfi and Redelio materials describe Elio Energy Group as a U.S. utility-scale renewable project developer and Redelio Renewables as a 50/50 joint venture between Redelfi Corporation and Elio Energy Group LLC to develop battery energy storage projects in the United States. These materials support background on Elio's public business profile, but they do not by themselves prove the corporate ownership chain for the Duchesne County entities. ## Current public-process status The Utah Public Notice Website posted an April 27, 2026 appeal hearing notice for appeals of Planning Commission approvals involving Nine Mile Data LLC, Wells Draw Energy LLC solar, Wells Draw Energy LLC natural gas, and reWater LLC. Basin Now reported on April 28, 2026 that the appeals were denied.
