NOTE: No independent noise study, noise modeling report, or acoustic analysis was
submitted as part of any of the three CUP applications. The noise documentation
consists of: (a) applicant commitments to comply with county noise ordinances, and
(b) the county zoning code's quantitative noise limits for solar power plants (50 dBA
at nearest residence property line). No equivalent quantitative limit from county code
was cited in the data center or natural gas findings reports; those rely on the general
nuisance ordinance (Section 3-1-4-G).
